LEARN MOREWe provide aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel welding services for DOT tanks (following designs and standards put forth by the Department of Transportation). We provide stainless steel jacket wraps and heads. Electrical, hydraulics, and pump/meter servicing are performed by our expert team of tanker truck technicians.
We are an R Stamp repair facility, carrying The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) Certificate of Authorization for the repair and alteration of vessels. Piping modification and chassis change-outs, electronic overfllls, liquid transfer pumps, PTO/hydraulic drives, flowmeter and register, hose reel, valve and vent pressure relief, pump and meter installations, and repairs are just part of what we handle. Non-haz purge for transport or repairs, brake suspension repairs, and even ABS brake diagnostics are also in our menu of services.
LEARN MOREOur facility, conveniently located just off the CA-99 Freeway, execute all CARB and DOT tests necessary to stay on top of emission regulations pertaining to cargo tanks. Our employees are trained and certified to perform External Visual (V), Internal Visual (I) Tests, and the Leakage Test (K), Pressure Test (P), Thickness Test (T) and the Method 27 Vapor Tightness Test (K-EPA27). We are registered and qualified to perform tests and inspections on MC306, 307, 312, DOT 406, 407, 412, and SP cargo tanker trucks. Our techs are confined space entry trained, L.C. Meter Trained, and Blackmer pump Trained to oversee and execute inspections.
